Synthetic Underlayment
We "wrap" your entire roof deck in a high-performance synthetic barrier. This is an upgrade from felt paper. The synthetic material is a high-tech moisture repellent designed for maximum durability.
Ice and Water Shield
Kentucky winters are harsh. Much like our famous caves, trapped water will carve a path into your roof’s decking if given the chance. We install specialized protection along eaves, ridges, valleys, and soft metals to prevent leaks during freeze-thaw cycles.

Ventilation at the highest point in the attic, called the Ridge, optimizes your attic’s airflow—drawing cool air through the soffits and expelling heat through the ridge. We utilize upgraded Box, Turtle, and Turbine vents to lower energy costs, and prevent shingle “baking,” extending the life of your decking or sheathing that is the ceiling of your Attic.
